Products & Capabilities

What We Make.

How We Make It.

Why It Matters.

From precision aluminum extrusion profiles to complex die cast components — all finished, machined, and delivered under one roof.

Product Range
Two Manufacturing
Routes. One Source.

CANEX manufactures both aluminum long products via extrusion and complex 3D components via die casting — all from in-house dies and supported by the same downstream machining, finishing, and delivery pipeline.

Long Products
Aluminum Extrusion

IoT-adapted 22 MN & 27 MN presses. Profiles 3 m to 13 m. Alloys 6060–6082 and more.

Standard Profiles

Angles, channels, tubes, flats, and bars from our standard die library — for fast delivery and cost efficiency.

Custom Profiles

Any cross-section geometry you design. We make the die in-house and run your custom profile to spec.

Thermal Break Profiles

Designed for fenestration and curtain wall. Polyamide thermal break inserts for energy-efficient window and door systems.

Cast Products
Aluminum Die Casting

GC & LPDC. Products up to 1.5 m. Upcycled alloys. ±5 °C melt control. Ra 3.2–6.3 µm.

Low Pressure Die Casting (LPDC)

Controlled low-pressure injection for complex 3D geometries with consistent wall thickness and minimal porosity.

Gravity Die Casting (GC)

Gravity-filled permanent molds for robust, dense castings. Suitable for structural and decorative applications.

Surface Finishing
Six Finish Options

From raw mill finish to premium wood-effect sublimation — all applied in-house on the same production line, QUALICOAT Seaside and AAMA certified.

Value-Added Services
We Don't Just Extrude.
We Complete.

All machining and value-added operations are performed in-house, before the product moves to finishing — keeping your entire project under one quality system.

Drilling

Precise hole patterns for fasteners, hinges, and assembly fixtures.

Cutting to Length

Exact length cutting from 3 m standard profiles to your required dimensions.

Notching

Profile notching for corner joints, miters, and frame assembly.

CNC Milling

Multi-axis milling for pockets, slots, steps, and complex surface features.

Punching

High-speed punching for repetitive hole patterns in profiles and sheet products.

Shrink Fitting

Thermal shrink fitting of inserts, bushings, and thermal break polyamide strips.

Laser Printing

Permanent laser marking of part numbers, logos, barcodes, and traceability codes.

CNC Turning

Precision turning for round or cylindrical aluminum components and inserts.

Threading

Internal and external threading — metric and imperial — for fastener applications.

Assembly

Sub-assembly of aluminum components prior to packaging and shipment.

Custom Packaging

Branded, product-specific packaging designed for your end-customer and transport requirements.
