Our Process

Six Processes.

One Roof.

Zero Subcontracting.

Every CANEX product is made entirely in-house — from the first die simulation to the last mile of delivery. Six tightly controlled stages. Full traceability. No handoffs.

In-House
Die Making

Every extrusion and casting die at CANEX is designed and manufactured entirely in-house. We use advanced simulation software to validate die geometry before a single chip of steel is cut — eliminating costly revisions and accelerating your time to production.

Our die making department is equipped with CNC milling, CNC turning, EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining), and wire cutting — achieving dimensional precision down to 0.001 mm.

Process 02 / 06 Extrusion & Die Casting
Extrusion Or Die Casting

Depending on your product geometry, CANEX offers two distinct manufacturing routes — aluminum extrusion for long profiles, or die casting for complex three-dimensional shapes. Both use in-house dies and are supported by the same downstream machining, finishing, and delivery processes.

Aluminum Extrusion

CANEX produces aluminum extrusion profiles for a wide range of industries and applications, across a broad range of alloy families.

Cast Products – 3D Complex Shapes

CANEX offers both Gravity Die Casting (GC) and Low Pressure Die Casting (LPDC). Our die cast alloys are developed from upcycled extrusion scrap — a sustainable approach that maintains premium material integrity with ±5 °C melt temperature control.

Value-Added
Services

After extrusion or casting, CANEX performs all required machining and value-added operations in-house. This eliminates the need for additional sub-contractors and keeps the entire product under one quality management system.

Whether your part needs simple cutting to length or complex multi-axis CNC machining, we handle it all before the product moves to surface finishing.

Packaging

CANEX designs and produces custom packaging tailored to your products and end-customer requirements. This includes protective wrapping to prevent surface damage in transit, custom-branded outer boxes for retail-ready products, and pallet configurations optimized for your freight terms.

Packaging is designed around the product — not the other way around. We work with you to specify the protection level, labeling, and presentation that reflects your brand.
