Aluminum extrusion is a manufacturing process where a heated aluminum billet is forced under high pressure through a precision-machined steel die, emerging as a continuous profile with the exact cross-sectional shape of the die.
The process allows for extraordinary design freedom — almost any two-dimensional cross-section can be extruded, including hollow profiles, complex multi-chamber shapes, and thin-walled precision sections.
Low Pressure Die Casting (LPDC) is a precision casting process where molten aluminum is forced into a permanent steel mold under controlled low pressure, producing dense, high-integrity castings with excellent mechanical properties.
CANEX uses LPDC to produce value-added cast components, uniquely up-cycling 100% of aluminum extrusion process scrap as raw material — a genuinely circular manufacturing process.
