Six Processes.
One Roof.
Zero Subcontracting.
Every CANEX product is made entirely in-house — from the first die simulation to the last mile of delivery. Six tightly controlled stages. Full traceability. No handoffs.
01
In-House
Die Making
Every extrusion and casting die at CANEX is designed and manufactured entirely in-house. We use advanced simulation software to validate die geometry before a single chip of steel is cut — eliminating costly revisions and accelerating your time to production.
Our die making department is equipped with CNC milling, CNC turning, EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining), and wire cutting — achieving dimensional precision down to 0.001 mm.
Technical Specifications
| Precision | Up to 0.001 mm dimensional tolerance |
| Equipment | CNC milling, CNC turning, EDM, wire cutting |
| Furnace 1 | Radiation heating — up to 1,100 °C — capacity 2,500 kg |
| Furnace 2 | Forced convection — up to 850 °C — capacity 1,400 kg |
| Software | Advanced die simulation before manufacturing |
| Die Types | Extrusion dies (solid, hollow, semi-hollow) & casting dies (GC, LPDC) |
02
Extrusion Or Die Casting
Depending on your product geometry, CANEX offers two distinct manufacturing routes — aluminum extrusion for long profiles, or die casting for complex three-dimensional shapes. Both use in-house dies and are supported by the same downstream machining, finishing, and delivery processes.
CANEX produces aluminum extrusion profiles for a wide range of industries and applications, across a broad range of alloy families.
Extrusion Specs
| Presses | 22 MN & 27 MN (IoT-adapted) |
| Profile Length | 3 m min – 13 m max (9.8 ft – 42.65 ft) |
| Alloys | 6060, 6063, 6463, 6005, 6005A, 6061, 6082, 6101, 1050 |
| Heat Treatment | T4, T5, T6, T66 |
| Products | Standard Profiles, Custom Profiles, Thermal Break Profiles |
Cast Products – 3D Complex Shapes
CANEX offers both Gravity Die Casting (GC) and Low Pressure Die Casting (LPDC). Our die cast alloys are developed from upcycled extrusion scrap — a sustainable approach that maintains premium material integrity with ±5 °C melt temperature control.
Die Casting Specs
| Methods | Gravity Die Cast (GC) & Low Pressure Die Cast (LPDC) |
| Max Product Size | Up to 1.5 meters |
| Melt Control | ±5 °C temperature precision |
| Surface Roughness | Ra 3.2 – 6.3 μm (125 – 250 μin) |
| Heat Treatment | T4, T5, T6, T7 |
| Raw Material | Upcycled extrusion scrap – zero-waste circular production |
03
Machining &
Value-Added
Services
After extrusion or casting, CANEX performs all required machining and value-added operations in-house. This eliminates the need for additional sub-contractors and keeps the entire product under one quality management system.
Whether your part needs simple cutting to length or complex multi-axis CNC machining, we handle it all before the product moves to surface finishing.
04
Surface Finish
CANEX offers six distinct surface finish options — from raw mill finish to premium wood-effect sublimation. Our powder coating line is fully QUALICOAT Seaside and AAMA certified, with a 9-stage chrome-free pretreatment tunnel.
Mill Finish Sample
600×400px
Mill Finish
Raw, uncoated aluminum surface directly from the press or casting die. Suitable for structural or concealed applications.
Powder Coating Sample
600×400px — RAL color swatches or coated profiles
Powder Coating
9-stage chrome-free pretreatment. Three durability levels: Standard, Super Durable, Hyper Durable. QUALICOAT Seaside & AAMA certified.
Wood Effect Sample
600×400px — Wood-grain aluminum profiles
Wood Effect
Film sublimation process transfers realistic wood-grain, stone, or custom patterns onto powder-coated aluminum profiles.
Grinding / Polishing Sample
600×400px — Mirror or brushed finish close-up
Grinding & Polishing
Achieves surface roughness Ra 0.1–0.2 μm. Used for decorative, mirror, or ultra-smooth functional applications.
Barrel Finishing Sample
600×400px — Tumbled satin finish parts
Barrel Finishing
Surface roughness Ra 1.6 μm. Produces a uniform satin-smooth finish ideal for decorative hardware and consumer components.
Shot Blasting Sample
600×400px — Matte blasted aluminum surface
Shot Blasting
Surface roughness Ra 3.2 μm. Creates a uniform matte texture that improves paint adhesion and provides industrial aesthetics.
